MEET ARI

Ari is a Chartered Accountant with experience at Ernst & Young and one of Australia’s largest family offices, focused on property development. He has consulted for some of the country’s leading real estate developers, undertaken complex valuations, feasibility analysis and assisted with the planning and delivery of thousands of apartments with a combined end value of over $1 billion.

By age 30, Ari had built a personal property portfolio of over 10+ properties across multiple states and ownership structures, including strategies such as buy and hold, renovation, and development. He is hands-on with most of his properties and has personally completed several multi-lot developments, including both residential and mixed-use projects.

After starting a young family, Ari stepped away from the traditional 9 to 5 to focus on helping others build wealth via strategic lending solutions and property. Drawing on his experience in accounting, property analysis, and hands-on investing, he takes a practical and transparent approach to help clients build strong financial foundations and achieve long-term success.

Outside of work, Ari enjoys spending time with his young family, playing and coaching tennis, completing his own property developments and supporting his partner who plays professional netball.
